Our transport fleet deliver orders everywhere in the UK. The only place we do not deliver to is Northern Ireland.

When making your order online, all you need to do is put your postcode in and our website will automatically give you the best price for delivery.

We have offload available on all of our Rigids and Artics - this would happen by Moffett Truck Forklift.

When delivering your order using our vans, our van driver will help you offload your order onto your front drive or front garden. Please make sure you have a suitable person available when we make our delivery to ensure that your order is offloaded safely.

All orders are classed as 'Curbside Delivery' which means that your order will be offloaded from our vehicles and onto the curb or in your parking lot.

Our team of drivers will not move your order into your desired location (such as a back garden, inside of your building etc).

Once you place your order, it will go straight onto our system for our transport planners to view.

Depending on the method you had selected on the checkout for shipping will depend on when you will recieve your order.

For example, if you select 'In-house Transport (Up to 15 Working Days), then this means that we have 15 working days to deliver your order. We advise not to schedule any work in until you recieve your order.

Once your order has synced onto the system, it will go into processing and manufacturing where we will make your order.

When your order has been manufactured, our transport planning team will allocate it to a run. Once allocated, you will either recieve a text message or a phone call notifying you of when you should expect delivery.

No! You are more than welcome to come to our Trade Counter and order on-site.

We advise all customers who wish to order like this to call us prior making their journey to make sure that the stock is available. We wouldn't want you to arrive and then the stock not be there.

You can order online and then select the 'Pick-up' option which then will reserve the stock ready for when you arrive.

No. We do not allow third party couriers to collect your order on your behalf. You will have to come and pick the order up yourself or we can deliver the goods to you for an additional charge.

Of course! Our friendly warehouse operators can help you load your orders onto your vehicles.

Please remember to bring the correct equipment to ensure your order is safely secured onto your vehicle (we do have strapping kits and ratchets available to purchase if needed).
